Product Returns Policy – The Outback Company Consumer Division

If for any reason you believe a product purchased through this website has not performed for you as required, after using the product exactly as specified, you may contact us for a full refund, without the need to return the unused product.

The Outback Company will honour one product return per person (may be multiple items if purchased on the one sale docket) and our distributors maintain a register of all consumers who have claimed a return on the product.

To claim your returnless refund, first contact our office by email at and attach a photo of the product showing the expiry date, and we will assess your claim and issue a refund.

Of course there are a few common-sense disclaimers: We reserve the right to ask for returns on orders that contain two or more of the same item, and there is a limit of one refund per household. 

We also reserve the right to request manual product returns if we suspect refund fraud, return fraud, or drop shipping activity. In these rare cases, the product must be returned to us before we will issue a refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your credit card (or PayPal account) within 7 – 10 days of our receipt of your claim.

If you make more than one return claim for the same product in any one-year period the second and subsequent claims will not be honoured.

The Outback Company honours the guarantee for the shelf life of the product, which can be up to 3 years from the date of purchase (the expiry date), depending on when you purchased. The product guarantee cannot be claimed on items that have expired. 

The Essence of the Guarantee – the product guarantee is given in good faith that the consumer will only claim a refund if the product has not worked as expected. This guarantee is given unconditionally by The Outback Company for the shelf life of the product. No other company warrants their product to this extent but The Outback Company offers this level of guarantee, based on its faith of the consumers not to abuse or misuse the trust and flexibility of the guarantee.
